- All reliability tests are not done but the chip is full functionnal.
- HRC : ??
- RC : is for Pin Grid Array
- 25M : is for the Speed up to 25MHz
- 02e31f : ??
- DEMV9346 : built in 1993, week 46.
- USA : in the USA.
